Arts Intern
This role provides essential support to the Arts department, assisting with program support, administration, and marketing events via web and social media. The Arts Intern will help with technical and administrative tasks, create content for publications, and assist with events and performances. This position requires someone who can help with the maintenance of costumes and equipment, as well as provide venue assistance. The role operates at 0.4216 FTE, which is 18.75 hours per week during term time.
Chaplaincy/Wellbeing Intern
The Chaplaincy/Wellbeing Intern supports the College Chaplain in chaplaincy and wellbeing areas, including program support and administration. This intern will create content for Chapel services and social media, assist with resource creation, and support Chaplaincy and Wellbeing activities. There is also a possible role extension to support youth work in the All Saints’ Parish. The role is between 0.3 and 0.4FTE, equating to 12-15 hours per week during term time.
Nexus-S Intern
This role supports teachers and students within the library and ICT services, working closely with the Nexus team. The Nexus-S Intern provides technical, administrative, and general assistance, including troubleshooting printing problems, assisting with the library catalogue, and maintaining AV equipment. They will also promote library resources and assist with updating online platforms. The role is 0.4216 FTE, which is 18.75 hours per week in term time. There will also be the opportunity for work into January 2026 in preparation for the new Academic Year.
Sports Intern
The Sports Intern supports the planning, administration, and running of the College's sports program, working under the Director of Sport and Health and Physical Education. Responsibilities include managing the College Gym, assisting with sporting events, and providing support to the HPE Department. This role involves assisting with carnivals, managing equipment, and creating class resources. The position requires 10 hours per week, with additional flexible hours for excursions and incursions.
Technology Support Centre Intern
The Technology Support Centre Intern supports the Director of ICT and TSC team in delivering daytoday ICT assistance across the College. This includes helping with troubleshooting, device setup, software updates, user support, and maintaining ICT systems and documentation. The intern also contributes to administrative tasks, ICT projects, and ongoing learning within the team. The role is 0.3447 FTE, equating to 15 hours per week during term time.
