As President of the Old Saints' Committee, Victoria Green, née Paul (Class of 1999), is passionate about strengthening connections between alumni and ensuring the Old Saints' community continues to thrive for future generations. Alongside her volunteer role with the College, Victoria has built an impressive career spanning aviation, banking, government and professional sport.
Now Executive General Manager of People, Strategy and Community at the Fremantle Dockers Football Club, Victoria leads a diverse portfolio encompassing people and culture, long-term strategy, data and technology transformation, and community programs that create meaningful impact across Western Australia.
Her career has included senior leadership roles with organisations including Heathrow Airport, Bankwest, the UK Ministry of Justice and the City of Cockburn. Throughout her professional journey, Victoria has embraced opportunities across multiple industries, developing expertise in transformation, corporate affairs and organisational leadership.
One of Victoria's proudest career achievements was helping lead the construction and opening of Terminal 2 – The Queen's Terminal – at Heathrow Airport. Delivered on time and on budget, the project culminated in the official opening, where Victoria had the opportunity to meet Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.
Victoria's career is a wonderful example of how embracing new opportunities and diverse experiences can lead to an exciting and rewarding professional journey. The Old Saints' community is grateful for her leadership, dedication and ongoing commitment to strengthening lifelong connections with All Saints' College.
