On behalf of the All Saints’ College Board, I share the news that our Principal, Ms Belinda Provis, has advised of her intention to depart her role at the conclusion of Term 1 2026, or earlier should this align with the availability of a new Principal.

This news brings a mix of emotions as we prepare to farewell an exceptional leader who has made a remarkable contribution: Belinda has served the College with distinction as our fifth Principal, and as the founding Principal of our thriving The Studio School.

Since her appointment in 2013, Belinda has led with vision, courage and heart, consistently exemplifying  our values of Empathy, Respect, Integrity and Courage in all she does, and clearly this has resonated with the community as we have witnessed significant growth in enrolments under her leadership. There is no doubt that Belinda’s leadership has strengthened All Saints’ College’s reputation as one of Western Australia’s leading independent schools, and sees us positioned among the most respected and innovative educational communities in the country.

In addition to overseeing an array of significant projects since 2013, including the growth of the  College’s outstanding facilities, Belinda founded in 2018 the Beyond Boundaries Institute which includes a world-class ‘think tank’ of community and industry leaders, and which recently hosted the highly successful ReimaginED 2025 conference. Further, Belinda’s leadership ensured ASC’s place as a ‘first mover’ in the world-leading New Metrics program: an initiative based on an holistic view of each student, alongside the strongly-held conviction that a quality education is so much more than one final number.

Further, Belinda has led the establishment of two transformative additions to ASC’s ecosystem. In 2022, she launched The Studio School, offering a highly personalised, project-based model that reshapes secondary education beyond mainstream settings. Its innovative approach has already made a profound difference in the lives of many students.

In 2024, Belinda oversaw the development and opening of Little Saints, our highly popular, on-campus childcare for children as young as 12 months of age. Meeting a critical need for high-quality early learning in the community, Little Saints strengthens the College’s position as a leading provider of an holistic, values-based education from the earliest years of life.

Belinda’s legacy is profound – in our culture, in our programs and, most importantly, in the lives of the students, staff and families she has so deeply impacted. She has nurtured a culture of kindness and trust, embraced innovation and guided our community through times of significant challenge with grace, warmth, positivity and determination.

The Board is enormously grateful to Belinda for her outstanding leadership and service to All Saints’ College and The Studio School. While she will be deeply missed, we respect her decision and are pleased she will continue contributing to Anglican education through her role on the AngliSchools Board.

The search for the College’s sixth Principal begins immediately. The Board will engage expert support to undertake an extensive and exhaustive recruitment process. We anticipate this will take up to six months, ensuring we find the right person who has the experience, attributes, traits and character to build on the strong foundations Belinda leaves us.

On behalf of the Board, I extend our heartfelt thanks to Belinda and look forward to opportunities for our community to celebrate her remarkable leadership over the coming months.
